By measuring changes in the Arc Voltage, the AVHC10 can determine if the torch needs to be raised or lowered to maintain an optimum arc length. The AVHC10 sends raise and lower signals through your breakout board inputs to Mach3 (or linuxCNC), which adjusts the Z-axis position. This height controller has 30 memory slots to store and load your favorite settings for different material thicknesses and types.

What's in the Box? The sleek and durable, aluminium cased, AVHC10 Unit

with integrated Jog Wheel for. Comes with 2.5 meters of shielded cable,

Connector for 50:1 voltage input only (No Raw Arc option) . Rubber Feet and mounting screws for the AVHC10. Connector to link Isolation Module to AVHC10. What else will I need? Not much if you have a new or existing Plasma CNC table running Mach 3, Linux CNC or similar.(only limited Technical Support can be given as we don't use linux,uccnc,mach4,masso,etc)

Other popular height controllers usually require many additional parts

to complete installation but the PriceCNC AVHC10 is designed to minimize

installation effort and usually requires no additional accessories or

materials.

What Settings can I control?

You can save and load up to 30 different cutting preferences.

All the settings are accessed by scrolling through jog wheel

all documentation we have is included ,basic technical help is via email,understanding of your own cnc controller is essential

A technical understanding on how to wire this to your breakoutboard/system correctly will be required ,please take a look at the manual for examples
