About Us – Xtreme Plasma
Who We Are
At Xtreme Plasma we’re a small UK engineering company based in Gloucester.
We design and build our own CNC plasma cutting tables and supply welding equipment, consumables and gas.
The business has been running since 2010, and everything we do still comes from practical workshop experience.
We started out as Xtreme Precision Engineering Ltd.
Rob Rossetti founded the company after working as an engineer making precision components for the oil, gas and water industries.
That early work gave us a good understanding of what fabricators actually need from their equipment.
Our Story
Over time we moved into CNC plasma cutting.
We began by supplying machines and consumables, but we saw a gap for properly built UK tables that were straightforward to use and support.
Instead of just importing and reselling, we started designing and manufacturing our own systems.

- Founded in June 2010 as Xtreme Precision Engineering Ltd
- Originally produced precision parts for oil, gas and water industry clients
- Expanded into designing and building CNC plasma tables in-house
- Now manufacture complete plasma tables and supply the ArcDroid portable CNC plasma robot in the UK

Meet The Team
Rob Rossetti
Rob Rossetti is the owner and founder. He also handles tech support and customer care.
Reece Rossetti
Reece Rossetti is the head engineer and supervises the CNC plasma table assembly.
Stephanie Norton
Stephanie Norton looks after orders and dispatch, so if anything is late it’s on her.
Sarah Rossetti
Sarah Rossetti is Rob’s wife, the company secretary, and the one who’s really in charge.
Lee Harris
Lee Harris is good with numbers and does his best with the accounts and payroll.

Dave Taylor is an expert in TIG welding and an Instagram influencer.
John Mills
John Mills is a general engineering mechanic and a YouTube influencer.
Jason Andrew
Jason Andrew is an experienced fabricator and a YouTube influencer.

Marketing is provided by Steve Lavender-Bruce of Neon Atlas Digital Marketing.
What We Make and Supply
We produce our own range of CNC plasma cutting tables in several sizes to suit different workshops and production needs.
Alongside our own manufactured equipment we supply:

- Talk through your requirements directly with the team that builds the machines

Being based on site means we can show you exactly how the equipment performs instead of relying on photos or videos.
How We Support Customers
We’re a small team, so when you contact us you speak to someone who actually builds or uses the machines.
We handle technical support directly.
This includes help with setup, choosing the right consumables for your material and thickness, and sorting out any issues after purchase.
Many customers tell us they value being able to speak to the people who know the equipment inside out rather than going through layers of support staff.
