Returns Policy on Xtreme Plasma B2B website
At Xtreme Precision Engineering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately on 01452 739025. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly. If the problem cannot be resolved over the phone, we may request that the item be returned to us so that we can:
- Repair the item,
- Replace the item, or
- Provide a refund.
Courier Collections & Returns
If a return is required, we kindly ask that you to of notified us within 14 days after receiving goods and then you have a further 14 days to return items to us.
- Return all ancillary items (e.g. cables, manuals, accessories),
- Use as much of the original packaging as possible,
- Package the item securely to prevent further damage during transit.
Please note: Any damage incurred during return shipping will not affect your refund, but may lead to a separate claim for damage after the refund is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items. If preferred, we can arrange collection via our courier service; the cost of this service will be deducted from any refund or credit issued.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that Xtreme CNC plasma tables are non-refundable, as they are made to customer-specific requirements.(Custom Made)

In Store Purchases
UK law does not require us to accept returns for items bought in person simply because the customer changes their mind. However, if the item is faulty, not of satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described, We are legally entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement.
